Delivery as stated in our respective quotation, subjected to availability of manpower and spares. Completion date shall be valid provided there are no additional works or delays due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

Payment terms as stated in our quotation. We reserved that right to charge an interest of 1.5% per week of any outstanding payments not paid upon due date.
Warranty is limited to workmanship and/or materials supplied only (subject to normal operations & conditions). Warranty period for workmanship is three (3) months from the date of completion acceptance. Warranty period for materials and/or parts supplied shall be the same period provided by our vendor, unless otherwise indicated.
Please note that our warranty does not cover consequential damages and fair wear and tear.
Our liability is limited to the sum of our invoice only.
Our warranty terms will not apply if due payments is not fully made.
No warranty shall be provided for pure supervision work.
No warranty shall be provided for temporary repair works.
No warranty shall be provided for if in any event recommended works and/or recommended replacement of parts/materials are not carried out.
No warranty shall be provided for reusing any existing components not within specification.
No warranty shall be provided for tools and/or equipment furnish to customer on loan/rental basis, unless otherwise stated.
No warranty shall be provided for supply of used materials, parts and/or equipment unless otherwise stated.
Notification of our recommendations to customer’s representative can be in verbal and/or written form.
All objection on supply of parts and/or materials will be disregarded unless received within 10 days of receipt of spares.
The rates quoted are for manpower charges only and does not include any spares, materials, consumables, tools equipment, transportation of any form, any other services which have to be provided by vessel customer unless otherwise indicated.
Works in any form of processes other than those indicated in our quotation shall be treated as additional works and charged extra at prevailing rates or as approved by vessel/customer.
Supply of parts and/or materials other than those indicated in our quotation shall be treated as additional supply and charged extra at prevailing rates or as approved by vessel and/or customer representative.
Order cancellation in part and/or full shall be charged accordingly at our prevailing rates.
The technical specifications, manuals, parts catalogue and drawings for customers’ particular installation where required shall be made available upon request.
All lifting and cranage facilities at site where required shall be provided or made available by customer representative unless otherwise indicated.
Transportation of components from site/installation place to workshop and vice-versa shall be charged as extra expenses if not made through customer’s arrangement.
Transportation for ferrying personnel from our workshop to site/installation place shall be charged as extra expenses unless otherwise indicated.
Shipyards surcharge of 15% of invoiced value for work in Shipyard and any other cost that the shipyard may impose on us shall be charged additionally if not taken care by vessel/customer.
Well-being of working personnel at work site shall be the responsibility of the customer, customer representative(s) and/or vessel’s master.
Overseas works shall be charged according to our prevailing manpower tariff unless otherwise indicated.
All traveling, lodging, meals and any miscellaneous expenses shall be borne by the customer. Any expenses incurred by our company shall be charged at cost price +15%. Personnel attending to overseas works will be covered by our special arranged insurance, coverage based on premium rates + 15% administration charge per person of which to be included in our invoice without prior notice.
Well being of personnel on overseas assignment shall be the responsibility of the customer, customer representative(s) and/or vessel’s master until they return to their country of origin.
15% surcharge for all import/export shipment including handling and packaging charges to be included in our invoice without prior notice.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be chargeable extra at prevailing rates, if applicable.
