Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:
For returns and exchanges to be valid, items purchased must be provided with substantial evidence that it is of unusable condition upon delivery.
We will consider a return only if all methods to resolve the issue has been exhausted.
Returned items have to be in good condition with its original parts still intact.
